We will do everything in out power to ensure your product arrives to you in a timely manner and in one piece. However once a package is dropped off with the 3rd party delivery company what happens to the package after that point is out of our control. To help protect ourselves and our customers we provide shipping protection at checkout. If you choose to purchase shipping protection your order will be protected from any of the following incidents.

  • Lost or stolen package
  • Item was damaged in transit

What to do if your package seems to be lost: Wait up to 6 business days since the last tracking update before contacting Cupshe UK customer service. If you purchased shipping protection and 6 business days have passed please reach out to customer service at <customercare@cupshe.com>, and they will help you .
