As our community grows, we’re able to offer better return & exchange options for our customers.
We provide Royal Mail return labels for your return shipping. Please note, we currently are unable to offer a free returns service. Click here to find full details.
Light, quick, and eco-friendly. Reusing the original packaging or any other suitable shipping bag helps us process your return faster.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30* days of receiving order, provided that items are:
Unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with original tags and hygiene liners attached.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
Beach blankets, swimming rings, sunglasses, jewelry, hair accessories, panties, lingerie, shapewear, pasties, gift cards, and items marked as Flash Sale or Final Sale.
These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue, the item is defective, or it does not match the product description.
Mix and match items are not eligible for exchange.
